Hi all
I had a Charge HR which I upgraded to a Blaze just under 2 years ago.
The last few months I have had issues with it randomly turning off. The only way to then turn it back on is to put it in the charger and connect a power supply. This is becoming highly frustrating now. If I am out and it turns off, I am unable to do track anything for the entire time I am out.
Anyone else had this issue, wondering if mine has a fault or if it's a bug.
Or is it time to upgrade again
Thanks
Paul

Hi @PaulB1977. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having issues with your Blaze turning off all of a sudden.
I'd like to know if you've tried by any chance to give your tracker a restart and see if that makes any difference. If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and then, see if this gets to happen again or not.
If it does, feel free to let me know and I'll be happy to help you out!

Thanks for the reply, I have tried the reset tonight. I'll see how it goes over the next few days to see if the issue continues.
Regards
Paul

I can’t try to reboot because my Fitbit suddenly won’t keep a charge. I charge it and it shows fully charged and then shortly after it shows it has no battery. This literally happened overnight. Yesterday it was working just fine like it always has.

I have tried all of these things and the end result is the same! My Blaze will not keep a charge. It starts out with a full charge and within 2-3 hours it is dead. This has been happening the past 3-5 days. I love my Blaze. Please help!!

No joy unfortunately
My Blaze has turned it's self off 3 more times in the last 2 days, each time I needed to plug it into a power supply to turn back on.
Any other ideas or do you think it's a large fault with the unit
Thanks Paul

Hello everyone,
For the past 2 weeks I have had the same issue, I assumed it had died the first time, so I put it to charge and it turns on. But now every time I take it off the charging station, maybe in about an hour or two, it turns off. It will not turn on unless I put it on the charging station and when it turns on it says that its fully charged.
I can take it off again, use it for about 2 hours and then turns off. Resetting has not helped and Holding the reset buttons will do nothing. I have had it for two years....but this is something I cant fix.
