Not telling me who is calling, just says unknown call

I only get notification of who is calling if they are on my contact list on my phone. Otherwise I just get a phone number. If they block caller ID I get the unknown caller notification.

@Lovebucket without knowing the type of phone, or what phone app your using its hard to say.

There might be a setting in the notification or sound settings, or maybe the phone app.
