Currently, there's no update out for the Fitbit Blaze. The latest update came out at the end of the last year and before that one, another one came with the features that are specified in the image as Reminders To Move, Extended Notifications and more.

It could be that your tracker is not up to date, so go to the Account section at the bottom right corner on your app and once you're in the settings, tap on your tracker to see if you have any update available.
