Fit bit Blaze was working on laptop. Then update came down now states that Bluetooth not turned on. Deleted and reinstalled fitbit app. still not connecting. Fit bit?

Thanks for reporting that you're having syncing issues with your Fitbit Blaze after the latest Fitbit update. Please check that your laptop is using the latest OS version too. Restart your Blaze, reboot your laptop Bluetooth and give it a try again.

NOT SOLVED. Still states that bluetooth is turned off. Piece of crap if you ask me. Had two chat techs disconnect in less that a minute to help others. Must be a quota for techs to connect and disconnect with customers. NOT HAPPY!!!!
