Fitbit Blaze will not charge after set up

I got the blaze today and i was able to do the setup and update but now it wont charge i have tried everything from different ports to resetting and different chargers the charger worked fine on my brother but will not work with mine

Have you tried cleaning the contacts with alcohol and a q-tip?

If the Charging cable from your brothers axe doesn't work, the I would reach out to contact.fitbit.com

The cable worked for my brother and his cable didn't work for mine

Hi there @delunafd. Good to see you in the Forums!

 

You mentioned that you tried your charger on your Brother's tracker. Did you try the other way around? His charger on your tracker just to be sure.

 

If that doesn't work, it could be something directly with the tracker itself, so as @Rich_Laue said, you can feel free to reach out to the Support Team and they will be happy to help you out and get you back on track.
