I've read a TON of these posts (not all, I don't have all month). I am trying to get the firmware update on my FitBit blaze. On the phone, It will sync, then says "Updating fitbit blaze... blah blah blah." Then after about 30 seconds, it tells me it failed and gives me a list of things to check. Battery is full. My phone says it's connected, etc.
So I try my computer. My computer says the dongle is connected, The program says it isn't. I search for a driver, and the computer says the driver is up to date. I delete the drivers and reinstall, and stilll nothing. I delete the program, and reinstall... still nothing. Am I missing something?

Hello @Anthonyg a couple of things could help. If mentionong a PC, there is a need to know what type an operating system.
Is your Android comoatable? You dont say if your able to sync through this. If it is try using cellular data and not Wifi.i don't know which you used.
Now if your trying to do this throgh the computer, and youve previously synced throughbthe Android phone, you'll need to turn the phones bluetooth off.

Thank you so much for your response. My windows computer is 7 pro edition. I tried syncing it without my bluetooth on (my phone was off) and the same sequence played out. I will try to use data with my phone in the morning. It is an android compatible. I used the wrong terms with the phone. It will sync, as in I can use it to control apps and messages, but it will not update the new firmware. That is really my goal here. I haven't used it since the last update, because I couldn't get it to update. Not my health concerns are giving me the extra motivation to get it sorted.
