Fitbit Blaze won't charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just bought a Fitbit Blaze literally 3 hours ago and I went to charge it and it will not take a charge. I tried cleaning it, restarting it and it is plugged in correctly to my laptop. I tried all the usb ports and they will work with other devices so I know it is not my computer. I also tried plugging it in to a wall usb and still  nothing. Any suggestions?

I bought my Fibit blaze today and it will not charge.  I tried from my computer and from the wall - it acts like the fitbit and the charger are not connecting.

You may have to replace it. I am on my second (replaced the first when it would not charge) and after 1 week it will not charge either. So far I am not impressed.

Hey there guys @caseyw8496 @Mamack @Streck! Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

@caseyw8496 @Streck, I'm sorry to hear that your trackers are not charging properly. Before setting up your Blaze, you should put it to charge for about 1-2 hours. After that, make sure that you've downloaded the Fitbit app to your mobile device and also make sure that it's compatible in the list of compatible devices and then while in the app, look for the account section and here tap on "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions until the set up process is completed.

If you're still not able to get your tracker to turn on, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team and they will be happy to take a look and get you back on track!

Anything else, le me know! I'll be happy to help!
