When was the last 5 tme Fitbit says your Blaze synced? Does this sound about right?
What device are you trying to sync through?
Have checked the troubleshooting help doc?

I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not recording your steps or HR.
To add to what @Rich_Laue said, I would like to know if you have already tried to restart your tracker... If not, you can do this by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, see if your steps and heart rate show. Now, for the heart rate, do you see the lights flashing on the back of the tracker? Are other features working or is it just steps and heart rate not working fine?
