I recieved my Fitbit Blaze as a Christmas present this year that was purchased from QVC. The screne is black and won't charge. Even tho it yells me it was charged last night. I tried following fitbits directions to clean it and it did not help.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains steps to clean the contacts but you can skip this step since you already tried it before. After trying these steps, charge your Blaze for 2-3 hours and see if it come back to life.
