Total frustration here! My daughter used her hard-earned money to buy a Blaze six months ago and really loves it. The problem is the battery won't hold a charge. She can keep it plugged in all night and it will last for maybe five hours. HELP!! It was a lot of money to spend for a product with a short life.

If the battery is failing then unfortunately there's not much we, as users, can do. However, you will still be covered by warranty so it's worth contacting customer support. If they can't resolve the problem then perhaps they will be able to replace it. You can contact them via this link:
