Fitbit Blaze won’t turn on

I had my Blaze for at least 5 years but the last two days I have charged it and I know is fully charge. It goes on for maybe and hour and then shuts down again. What can I do?

Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
