Fitbit Blaze wont turn on

So I purchased a Fitbit Blaze today and went to setup it up and did so while it was on the charger. Everything works as long as it is on the charger but as soon as I take it off the charger I get no response to any of the buttons. Any help would be greatly appreaciated

Once I pull it out of the charger I get no response. I've tried pressing and holding the buttons in several different combinations but I've yet to have any response if it leaves the charger.
