So I charged my fitbit blaze last night and this morning it said it was fully charged. I went to the gym and it worked during my workout as soon as I stopped the exercise mode it vibrated and went blank. I thought maybe it didnt charge bit looking on my phone it says with the last sync that it was fully charged. I tried resetting it and putting it on the charger and nothing has worked. Is this normal? Anything else I should try?

I'm sorry your Blaze is not turning on 😕
Whenever you put it in the charging cradle does it light up at all? Also, are you able to get the tracker to sync? You can check this on your app to see when it was the last time that it synced.
Try restarting it about two or three times more. Make sure you're doing this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Hey! Thank you. I did eventually get it to start working. It just took my trying to restart it 3xs
