@Snbrcook Welcome to the Community! The information that you're getting in your tracker shouldn't change even when you sync, because when you choose a workout you're tracking how many calories, distance, steps etc you're going to get.
I would like to get more details about this, what type of activity are you logging? How many calories calories are reducing? How many times has this happened? Are you seeing the same information in your online Dashboard?
