Fitbit blaze back button issue

Hi, 

    its been nearly a year since i bought my fitbit. Today i just returned home from work to discover my fitbit baze back button is not working anymore. I have no clue what could have happened. Everything else works except the back button. I have already tried syncing to my phone, changing clock face, charging and switching it off . Nothing works. The only way to go back to my clock face is to put the fitbit in the charging box and it will automatically revert to the clock face. The same thing applies if i switch the fitbit off. To switch it on again i have to put it in charge for it to switch on again automatically.

 

Please help on that back button. Anyone
