Disappointed after only 5 months my Fitbit blaze screen cracked whilst out cycling. I was unaware until I got home when I found a slight scratch to the centre of the screen which caused the screen to crack from top to bottom.
Customer services say that it's not cover under warranty.
I feel now that this watch is not fit for purpose, hit it in the wrong place without any force and being completely unaware.
Buyers beware.
