Fitbit blaze not charging

I plugged my blaze to the laptop I get it right way into the charging box and no battery pops up saying that it charging what do I do?

If this is a fitbit out of the box, that displays www.fitbit.com/setup then you are correct, there will be no battery icon sonce the tracker is not setup.

Now that the tracker is plugged in and charging.why not provede to set it up?
