Fitbit blaze not getting notifications from iPhone 6S

When I try to get my messages to come up on my Fitbit it says not connected. I go to settings and Bluetooth and my blaze does not show up. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get it to connect??

Huh, that's pretty strange. I'd like to help you out @Volleyball_love!

First, I'd like to know if you're able to sync your tracker with your phone. Now, besides messages, are you able to receive phone calls?

I would start by recommending a restart on your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.  After that, try to remove your Blaze from your Bluetooth devices and try to add it again. To do this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device" and after that, go to the Fitbit app. Tap on the icon of your tracker at the top left corner and scroll down to Notifications. Enable them and it will ask your permission to set up notifications, just agree to it and then try sending yourself test text messages or call yourself from a different phone and see if you're able to receive the notifications.

Hope this helps and anything else you may need, I'm here to help. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂
