Fitbit blaze not receiving text notifications

I have a Google pixel, I used to receive text messages and about a month ago it stopped and cannot figure but have done several work arounds, reinstalled, etc. I am receiving all other notifications, just not text messages. Is there any fix for this? Thanks

I have a Samsung galaxy s9 and just last Monday, my text notifications quit being sent to my blaze. I have done everything that I can think of. Even tried chatting with fitbit chat and nothing helped. I get all other notifications except my text notifications. I get a delivery report sent to my fitbit, view messages and calls sent. I even get my emails, life360, and ring notifications. I too, am in need of help of this issue, badly!!!

I have not received text messages for the last couple of weeks.  Other notifications are coming thru.  I have done an online chat and was told that engineers were working on this issue.  I have since emailed Fitbit a couple of time and still same reply "working on it".  Has anyone else contacted Fitbit?
