For the last week my Fitbit hasn't been receiving any text notifications fro. My mobile. Anyone else have this issue. Or idea how to resolve it.
I can still receive other app notifications just not texts. I have tried trouble shooting with the online advice. Disconnected bluetooth and uninstalled the app. Bit still nothing. Very frustrating.
I've had the same issue also for the past two weeks. Seems to have started after the update. I've contacted customer support twice and they have walked me through trouble shooting and it has not been successful. They said they would forward my issue to another department and contact me through email once it's been resolved. It's extremely frustrating. I still get every other notification besides my texts.
Same issue here, found the forums searching for this problem. I also learned through the forums that my oneplus is not officially supported either. About to throw the blaze away and get a real smartwatch.
