Fitbit blaze not syncing with LG G5

I just upgraded my phone to an lg g5 amd now my fitbit blaze wont sync to it. Ive paired the devices. Bought the phone saturday, hasnt synced since monday. Every time i try it just keeps saying its schedule for a sync but wont actually do it. Any suggestions?

A warm welcome to the Community @MrsCobb. Keep in mind that if you want your Blaze to work 100% with your phone, it needs to be compatible and the LG G5 is not a compatible mobile device. I recommend trying the steps provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.
