Fitbit blaze not working

My Fitbit blaze that I have had for 1 month is still not working right. Heart rate, sleep tracker, and steps per hour on app not working. Heart rate not working on watch either. No lights on the heart rate sensor. I have called customer service multiple times and the problem is still not fixed and they know it. They tell me that some other department will email me as soon as possible but that email has not come. They have been telling me this for a week. It is under warranty but they have not even offered to replace it. Very very frustrated customer!!!!

Did they suggest you try restarting your Blaze using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work so it's worth trying several times.
