We've had our fitbit blaze's since May 12, 2016 and haven't had any issues. all of a sudden my wife's just quit working. We've tried charging it, tried holding the left and right up button for 10-15 seconds to reset and that didn't work. When we try charging it, it gets really hot, but doesn't show anything on the screen, it always blank now. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Best Answeryes, that. I've tried them all with no results. We purchased the 2 yr warranty feom bestbuy when we got it and we've only had them a year and a half so we are going to take hers back in and see what they say.
