Hi,
i had purchased Fitbit blaze three months ago. Now that the sensor had stopped working I believe (as I don't see the green lights blinking which usually does otherwise) and eventually it's not counting my steps or heart rate. And so does the other parameters.
Advise 🙂

@Suganya Have you tried restarting the Blaze? Press & hold left and lower right buttons simultaneously until you see the Fitbit Logo. (May have to try 2-3 times)
See if perhaps that helps if you haven't already tried.

I have the exact same issue and my sensor doesn't come on all. I tried the reset holding the button down, and now it won't blink nor will it charge 😞

Occasionally this will happen and I have taken a Qtip with just a tiny bit of alcohol and cleaned around the sensors. It worked and device was fine. This was advice from Fitbit tech.
