Fitbit blaze turned off during a run

As the title says I went on a run tonight and halfway through my Fitbit turned itself off. It was fully charged when I left the house, had it since December last year so still under warranty. Please help me because I love this thing and it's helped me with my health 10x. Tried holding down the upper and lower buttons to restart and nothing.

It's great to welcome you @Phillholt91, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Blaze? If you do, I recommend verifying that you did the follow to restart it:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Also, you can take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Wink

Fixed it by doing just that, apparently the blaze rebooted itself while I was out running for some reason but all seems to be working well now. Thanks for your help mate
