Fitbit blaze will not synch with new iphone

Can you tell me how you got in touch with customer service? I got a new iPhone and since, my Fitbit sometimes synchs and sometimes doesn't, I don't get text notifications anymore and the whole thing is a disaster. I'm very unhappy and frustrated with the Fitbit app. My old phone was wiped clean so the Fitbit should have picked up my new phone. My Fitbit is only 7 months old and I'm wearing it only for the watch! I'm terribly disappointed in Fitbit.

Which iPhone are you on?

Because I think it's the system.  The Bluetooth on iOS11 has some new controls, which I think is causing some problems.  For the last 10 days, since I've had the iPhone8 I have had issues with the bluetooth connectivity.  It says its on but it actually wasn't.  I had to go to setting and toggle it on and off.  Apparently using the control center doesn't mean anything anymore.  Turning bluetooth off (same for wifi) using the control center is not turning it off, but just silencing it.

Since then I have kept bluetooth off except when I sync. I'm testing with the new version of iOS today and seems like its working.

Try playing with your bluetooth connection and the steps again first and see how you do.

Great to see you around @Katcondie and @kawaiiko thanks for stopping by.

If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. After these steps your tracker should sync properly.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
