I went to try and sync my watch to my phone and so when I did it wouldn't work so I forgot the device on the app now I cannot get the watch to connect to the phone at all..

I have a new Fitbit Blaze and an iphone 6s. I had LOTS of trouble as well. It disconnects when the watch and I go to another room away from the phone. Then it often has problems reconnecting. The fix I learned thru trial and error:
1) Turn off bluetooth on ur iphone in settings. Turn it on again. Quickly choose "forget device" before it starts searching. Turn bluetooth off again.
2) shutdown ur fitbit in its settings
3) turn on ur fitbit. wait a few seconds till it vibrates
4) turn on bluetooth on ur phone
6) go to fitbit phone app and choose "sync now"
