Fitbit burned wrist

I was experiencing a discomfort on my wrist. When I removed my fitbit, I had blisters and a perfect pattern of the back of my Blaze. I bought the Blaze 3 months ago so the age of the device shouldn't be a factor.

Hi there @DebbieLynne. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear  this happened to you 😕

Normally, this would happen if you're wearing your tracker too tight. A tight band restricts blood flow, potentially causing your skin to suffer. So I would recommend checking you're not using it that way. The best way to wear your tracker is making sure it's slightly tighter (snug but not constricting) during exercise than during all-day wear.

Also, you need to make sure to keep the band clean as using it for long periods of time and not cleaning it, will make it accumulate sweat and toxins, causing your skin to irritate.

You might also want to take a look at the care and wear suggestions and see how it goes from there.

Please keep me updated and let me know if you need more help with this!

Ps. I'm moving your post to the Blaze board for categorization purposes.
