Fitbit can't show the map after sync

The map can't show in apps after sync when i finished cyling. How to fix it?

It looks like a load error, to confirm this have you looked at the map tgrough your browser at Www.fitbit.com

Dear Rich,

 

I tried to load this map on difference device ( IOS or Android ), but the load error were same result. And this load error was happen since one month ago, thank you for great helpful.
