With the new update, my FitBit does not receive text messages. It will receive phone calls and when answered, my FitBit still vibrates like I haven’t answered the call. I’ve gone through all troubleshooting options with no luck!!

Before considering other options, please let me know which are the troubleshooting steps that you already tried, and make sure to check all the necessary requirements and steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications.
In addition, please check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device with the Fitbit app.
