My fitbit blaze will not show a heart rate or active minutes for the day. I have tried shutting down my fitbit and restarting the app, syncing, updating, adjusting where the band sits on my wrist and how tight the band is, and putting it from auto setting to on back to auto.
I don't know what else to do.

Even I am facing the same problem since June 27 th 2018... I too tried everything like you but of no use. Lets hope we will get the solution from fitbit .. now I have decided to mail fitbit on help.fitbit.com regarding this problem
