Have read load on Fitbit not starting up, I have the same but different issue. By Blaze will work when on charge and is connected to my phone. But in the strap no power no green lights and even using the reset procedure no life but phone says it is confidential. Any ideas

Mi is doing same. Oly works when in charge. Dead in the watch cradle. What can I do?
