My fathers fitbit blaze will not restart. I have the same watch and have never had issues like this. His watch has the Fitbit logo blinking and won’t seem to stop blinking, restart, or shut off. Do I need to send his watch to be replaced?

Hey,
After I posted on here yesterday I chatted with the team at Fitbit via their live online chat and they’ve ended up replacing my Fitbit.
It was surprisingly quick and easy so perhaps give that a go? 🙂

My FitBit Blaze, purchased during the summer of 2017, would not sync today. (Was that because of the change to Summer Time today here in France?).
I found a suggestion on-line to restart my Blaze, so followed the instructions to push the left-hand button and lower right-hand button simultaneously for 10 seconds, until the FitBit logo appears. It did, but ever since then it has remained stuck on that logo, flashing every few seconds.
Is there not a way to fix this?

I’m having the same exact issue and no help from y’all WHAT SO EVER! Magically my Alta and Blaze quick working in the same week out of nowhere and NO help at all from Fitbit except we can offer a discount. If these pieces of crap are going to quick working and y’all will do nothing to help except take more money from customers, why in the Rolf would we want new sieves that will most likely have magical issues down the road and receive no help from y’all again??
