Hello
Had my blaze for two months. Last night the logo appeared on the screen and keeps flashing off and back on every few seconds. I have tried to restart it and thats not working. Cant get it to connect to my phone either. Any help please.

It's great to have you here @Sharland89! Thanks for the restart that you did. I would like you to make sure that you followed this steps in order to restart it. Is the display still showing this information?
If you've done the procedure posted above and your tracker is still not working. Please contact Customer Support so they can further assist you.

I have the Blaze over a year. I bought it including insurance in N.Y. Sport Authority. The screen is flashing and not bright and clear.
I live in Israel and would like you to replace it for me as I use it very much.
Please send me instructions for sending the unit.

Welcome to the Community @shmuel! If your Blaze screen isn't working at all. Please restart your tracker. If after this, It's still not working at all then contact Customer Support so they can let you know the options that they have for you.

If all else fails let the battery drain then you should be able to hit just the left single button (often called the back button which confused me at first looking for a button on the back of it). Once it is dead and holding the left button shows the dead battery button and shuts off place in the freezer for about an hour. When you pull it out put back into your charger. If you see a temp pic that is your first sign that it may still work. Let it charge in the charger after that until the screen comes on. I had this idea as I have had luck restoring data from damaged hard drives after freezing them. This worked for me and hopefully can help someone else out there.
