So I just got my Fitbit in the mail, and it's been charging for 2 hours, and still has not budged. I can't set it up because the battery is too low. But when I plug it in to charge it doesn't show it's charging? I'm so confused and I only just got it. 🤦:female_sign:🤦:female_sign:
Hello may I suggest from my experience hope it helps. First off may I ask what phone are you using? It seems that if you not syncing google to see if your phone is comparable. Had the same problem. Are you charging through the USB cable to your computer? Check to see if your contacts are aligned. A blue icon is supposed to show up in giving an idea that is charging. Yes you are right have to fully charge before you can sync. Welcome
