Fitbit not responding

I was recently given a fitbit by my daughter. After I charged it, it began flashing the logo and is unresponsive, what can I do to restart it? I've tried holding down the left and bottom right button, still doesn't respond.

Have you tried a different port on you computer so see f it helps?

 

You are restarting it correctly

 

If it still does not respond that please Contact Support

I would like to know if you keep seeing the Fitbit logo on your Blaze display? If you do, this means that you need to setup the device. Please do the following from your phone to set it up:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
