Fitbit not syncing in US timezone challenges

I am in 5 challenges.  3 are UK and 2 USA (5 hrs behind and so started at 5am my time)  I only woke up at 7.30am therefore all my steps s far should be identical regardless of timezone changes in all 5 challenges.

 

My uk challenges are syncing fine and show 17000 ish and they change with every synced step

 

The USA challenge has not budged in over 2 hours but it says 'now' as synced time and is stuck on 8800.  Ive been monitoring it since 12000 point and ot budged at all!!!

 

Ive uninstalled app and reinstalled and Ive manually sync several times

 

any other ideas???

Hey ! I m sorry to hear about your problem. Have you tried restarting the device? Hope continuous sync in this case will resolve the issue. Have a nice day !

Hello @cheshirejo welcome to the Fitbit Community! The challenge begins and ends in the challenge owner's timezone, so if you're in a different timezone than the challenge owner, you may notice that your challenge leaderboard stats do not always match your dashboard stats. @Safvi thanks for stopping by!
