It's great to see you around @Nascarchic88, thanks for the attachment.

Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend following the restart procedure. After this, walk 100 steps and let me know how many your tracker registered. Also, if it is a syncing inconvenience, follow the steps provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

I've done everything already believe me I've been having trouble for 2 weeks now and nobody can figure out why this is happening it's driving me crazy that I can't accept nor can I send people to do challenges when I open the challenge it's just a little circle going and going like it wants to open but it doesn't

Thanks for the information @Nascarchic88. Could you please be more specific, are you having inconveniences with your steps count or with the challenges feature? Have you verified if your Fitbit app is updated? If you haven't, I recommend following the instructions provided in the How do I update the Fitbit app for iOS? post by our friend @MarreFitbit.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
