Hi there @Dimezy. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with your steps resetting and showing lower after that 😕

I'd just like to know if you're by any chance logging any activities manually... By doing this, it will most of the time mess up your daily totals and is just meant to be done in situations where you were not wearing your tracker and not while you were wearing it to prevent things like this from happening.

Now, if you haven't been doing this, I can recommend two things. The first one would be to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Once you've done this, go ahead and set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and hopefully your steps will not be lowered again.

Try that out and let me know how it goes!
