Fitbit will not stay on

Hi I'm a bit disheartened. Iv been given a new blaze I opened it the screen wasn't working, I assumed it was flat and soon as I plugged it in it worked. It's charged for 2 hours now and it's showing the battery is full Iv competed setup however when I remove the device from the charging port it turns off right away. It won't let me reset because Iv got no power

Does the screen turn on when tapping onto when out the charger? If it does, from the clock screen can you scroll once to the right on the tracker? There's a battery icon in the upper left corner, indicating the current charge.

PS: The screen doesn't stay on, it always goes in standby after x seconds (it's working in the background, just the screen dims)..

The screen is shown when tapping onto, pressing the left button, or turning your precious wrist towards you when quick view setting is turned on.. (unless the device is turned off or no battery power left)..

Hello @Skylyn86 welcome to the Fitbit Community! If your Blaze's display is not turning on I recommend to restart your tracker. If after this your tracker is not working properly, contact customer support, they can take a look at your tracker's back-end information and provide you the troubleshoot you need to get back on track!  @SunsetRunner thanks for your cooperation! 😉

I have the same problem cannot reset either by pressing left and another button or from Android App. What can I try next? Thx
