Fitbit won't sync

My fit bit blaze will not sync with my 8s phone

Have you tried turning your bluetooth on and off?  That usually works for me. 

Also, please make sure your iOS and the fitbit is updated to the latest versions.  

 

Let us know if this works or not.

Yes I have done that with the blue tooth and it is updated and it still doesn't  work
