My Fitbit sat for over a month on the table due to not being charged. I finally charged it this morning and it turned itself on properly. I went for a run and it counted steps just fine. However, I was experiencing issues with it syncing. The tracker thought it was July 4th 11am instead of 11pm. I decided to try and restart it, however I have been unsuccessful at getting it to turn back on, even after trying all the suggestions I found location in the forum, but the green heart rate monitor flashes as if it's on. Doesn't work by holding In any of the buttons or combinations of buttons, and doesn't turn on by having plugged into the charger. The battery was only at half so it isn't dead, and wouldn't have died within the second I manually turned it off. Very annoyed. What do I do now?

Welcome to the Community @Nikkibee521 and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.
If your tracker illuminating at the moment of placing it into the cradle? If it is, I recommend leaving it charging and then try to restart it. If the issue is directly with the battery, you can take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. After charging your Blaze, you should be able to sync it and your information should update itself.
Let me know the outcome.
