Fitbit won't turn off or restart

My fitbit is stuck on the screen of the fitbit logo and I can't restart it and I can't shut it off. And when I go to sync it it says fitbit not found. So it just seems stuck. Please help

Ouch, sorry about that @Karlakay0345. Welcome to the Forums.

 

If you have already tried to restart your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds until the tracker reboots and this has not worked, get in touch with the Support Team who will be happy to help you and get you back on track, let them know straight away that the standard reset (holding left and right buttons down together for more than 15 seconds) is not getting any response from the tracker. They may ask you to try while the Blaze is out of its bracelet as well.
