Hoping someone can help. New Fitbit blaze haven't used it yet. Have charged for 15 hours and completed all set up with iPhone while it was on charge. The screen will turn on and I can access Fitbit only while it is in the charger. As soon as I take it off the screen goes blank. I have tried the restart option of holding left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds- no luck! I'm getting no response at all from the blaze whileever it's off the charger. It is showing me full green battery when on charger also. Lost and busting to use it. Please help.
I just got mine yesterday and its doing exactly the same thing. Tried restarting but nothing is working. On the app it shows full battery. 😞 Not sure what to do.
I am having same problem. Charged over night but it says batttery full via app. Can't get passed Fitbit.com/setup screen. Tried switching on and off with no luck.
I just got it and does not work battery full follow all the steps and nothing only work in the cradle . Pliz help . I try to turn in on pressing the buttons as you said but nothing. Its a really expensive item .
