Flashing Fitbit symbol on screen

I was running this morning and now the Fitbit symbol is flashing on my screen and my Fitbit won't respond to anything. Help!!!

My Fitbit is doing the same thing!  Not only is it flashing; I can't get it to do anything and I'm ready to roll.  I also need help.

I ended up calling Fitbit and they are replacing it bc they can't figure out what is wrong with it!!!

Thanks, mine seems to have settled down for the moment. I'm glad they're going to replace yours and I'll be keeping a close eye on mine and letting them know by phone if it happens again. Good luck!

@MeganMS, I'm sorry you were having problems with your tracker but I'm glad to hear that they will be taking care of this for you!

 

@Gantenbein, I'm glad to hear that your tracker is back to normal now. If this ever happens again, you can try to restart it.You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and hopefully get it to work if this happens again.

Thanks for your response. Oh I did try pressing left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds several times, but it did no good. Rebooting didn’t happen. I don’t know why the Blaze finally settled down and “came back". I just let it sit while I had my breakfast and there it was working again!
