Brand new fitbit blaze for chirstmas.  Haven't been able to get past a screen which has a flashing fitbit logo.  It flashes at a rate of about once a second.  When I try to charge it in the charging cradle it flashes at a rate of once every 4 seconds.  Leaving to charge overnight has done nothing.  I've tried resetting it with the left hand button and bottom right button but that hasn't done anything.

 

Help please!

That setup message is all it will display until the setup is completed. Now that it's fully charged go through the setup as documented in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/

 

Once completed the display should function normally.
