Floor Count Not Registering

I am on my third Blaze in 18 months, they keep dying.  The latest problem is that now it registers no floors at all.  I build houses with Habitat for Humanity and go up and down ladders for hours two days per week - - zero floors.  My Blaze hasn't registered a floor in weeks.

 

Any ideas?

You must go up 10 feet in elevation for it to count a floor.

 

Going up a ladder is not the same thing

I  up and down from the peak of the house, roughly 20 feet as we are putting up trusses.
