I want to ask for some more specifics.
Are you able to sync your tracker, without telling the phone to forget the car, when the car is no where around?
Your question is not specific as to how for away from the car that this failure to sync occurs.
Is it, even with the car 2 miles away, the tracker will not sync through the phone?
If I am more than two miles away from my car the Fitbit will still not sync.
For some reason if I connect my phone to my car, then turn off my car and am far away from it, my blaze will not sync to my phone unless I forget the Bluetooth connection to my car completely.
Best AnswerOK this doesn't make sense, normally the car should not interfere if it is unable to communicate with the phone. This is what @SunsetRunner answer is based on.
Next time this fails to sync, before you tell the phone to forget the car, let's turn the phones Bluetooth off/on. Then try a sync.
I'm not sure what is happening but let's try some more troubleshooting.
I just tried it with a different Ford car and everything worked fine. So looks like it's just my car 😞
Thanks for the help!
