Best Answeri have already accepted 4 ndew friend requests that i sent and it says we are friends, but they do not show up on my phone or tablet so i cannot add them for a challenge. ony my previous friends are visible. these are ONLY fitbit friends, not fb or contacts...i cannot add them anywhere.
very frustrating

Best Answerif you get the message "no network connection", I don't think that is fitibt--it is your internet connection,???
Best AnswerThis no Internet has been seen before, during syncing or setting up on an android phone, on the pc etc.
Some have foxed it by turning the phone off/on, not just a restart, others cleared the app cash, while some had to change settings in their firewall, etc.
Doing a search of the site for "no internet", brings up many solved threads. I think a glance through some of them will help diagnose the problem. The search function can be a wondertull thing.
