Frozen screen

Hi all, my fitbit blaze has frozen on fitbit logo and also vibrates every 20 secs. Read forums about frozen screen and have tried to reset by pressing left and bottom right for 15 secs. I will now try letting the battery run dead and see if it recovers but unsure why it vibrates every 20 secs. Advice will be much appreciated.

It's great to have you here @Jean064! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. This is pretty weird as it's vibrating every 20 seconds. I would like you to make sure that you've done this procedure to restart it

 

After this, keep monitoring your tracker and let me know how it continues working. Smiley Happy

hi silvia, i forgot to mention that when the blaze vibrates it turns on the green lights but after 8 secs , the green lights go out. then next time it vibrates the lights turn back on. i`m still waiting for the battery to run flat so that i can try for a reset.   regards jean 064
